The invasion of Ukraine has left many highly skilled people unable to work or generate an income in their home country.
And while many have made the difficult decision to leave, not everyone is able to do so. Men aged between 18-60 are not allowed to leave. Others have stayed as volunteers to protect their homes and help the vulnerable.
They still need an income.
This presents an ethical and economic opportunity for those looking to hire.
We have put together a curated list of skilled job seekers who we know through our partner and alumni networks. Their professions range from facilitators to graphic designers to engineers.
We ask that you think creatively in looking to address your talent gaps. Could someone in Ukraine fill the role? Take on a project? Facilitate a session?
